Socha Companies is a family business and has been for over 30 years. Our current owner, Will Socha, took over the business his father started in the early 1990s. Will and his sister Sheila have been at the helm for the past two decades, overseeing the construction and leasing of all our properties and communities throughout Manchester. Over the years, more family members have joined the team, including Taylor in our leasing office and Erin on our landscaping crew.
