Apply to become a resident of a Socha Companies community by clicking the Apply Now button on any of our available units. Applications are valid for all available units and stay active for a full year.
Application requirements
- Application fee: $40.00 per application
- Income requirement: Monthly gross household income of at least three times one month’s rent (excluding special offers)
- All prospective residents aged 18 and older must complete an application
- All applicants must provide a government-issued ID and their two most recent pay stubs
- Applicants must agree to a criminal background check and a hard credit pull
