Landscape Technician
Socha Companies is adding Landscape Technicians to our team! We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our full-time property maintenance team. If you enjoy working outdoors and want stable, year-round work with a growing local company, we encourage you to apply.
As a Landscape Technician for Socha Companies, you will maintain the exteriors of our townhouse communities and support general property tasks as needed. Applicants with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and who work equally well independently or as part of a team will be a great fit for this role.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining the exteriors of our townhouses
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, weed-whacking, mulching, and weeding
- Snow removal during the winter
- Assisting the maintenance team with tasks and upkeep requirements as needed
