You guys do a heckuva job cleaning the snow. And that young lady driving that big front in loader she’s good.

I wanted to say thank you for the tour that we received on Monday. You were great and gave us a lot of insight to the community at The Timbers and made us very excited at the possibility of being part of that community.

We have enjoyed living here over the past year and wanted to thank the Socha management team for making it a great experience for us.

We were very lucky to finally break into the housing market and we are scheduled to close on our first house next month and so will not be renewing our lease. We are sad to leave but will always carry fond memories of this place!

We just wanted to give some positive feedback about a maintenance call we had last week for our hot water heater. The tech who came Wednesday evening was very helpful & prompt! Thursday morning two others from maintenance came and they were very professional, we’re really impressed and appreciate the Socha Team. They even came back after the new one was installed to make sure the water pressure was perfect!!!
